According to the suspension direction and the diameter of air duct, there are four types of the suspension system: 1. 2 Row style ( 3 and 9 o’clock) Recommend
Round air duct with smaller diameter 2. 3 Row style ( 3,9 and 12 o’clock) Recommend:Round air duct with larger diameter or ellipse air duct with smaller diameter 3. 4 Row style ( 4 angles) Recommend: 4 right angle of the rectangle air duct 4. 5 Row style ( 2,3,9 ,10and 12 o’clock)
Flat Round air duct can be hanged with multi rows cable suspention system. There are 3 rows and 5 rows suspention styles according to the diameter of air duct.
With the unique inner surpport system,the return air duct of Rubbertex can keep in a good shape in the negative pressure situation. The rectangular return air duct uses 4 rows suspention style which is same as the supply air duct.
Installation Guide
1、ocating bracket according to the inlet air supply location
Measure the distance of air diffuser and roof
Locating bracket of elbow of the air duct
Measure the distance of air diffusers
Locating bracket of end of air duct
Install bracket of the air diffuser
2、Installation of the cable suspension system
Cable header assembling
Connection between tension cable and bracket
Tighten tension cable by air sfages
3、Installation of air duct
Connection inlets between air duct and fan
Connection between the first section of air duct and the fan
Suspension of the elbows and other irregular components
Connection between the different air ducts according to priority
Straighten and tidy up air duct
Installation of air diffuser and air velocity testing
